Yesterday, I delivered this painting to a wonderful couple who had been patiently waiting for its arrival.  They saw my Cherries in A Mason Jar painting at the Mt. Lebanon Artists' Market and really liked it.  After it sold before they had a chance to snatch it up, I showed them the beginning stages of this piece and the reference photo.  They thought this one would be even more perfect since they were redecorating and thought that the reds in this piece would fit perfectly in their dining room.  It was so wonderful to be invited to their home to see where they are going to hang it and the paint colors they have chosen for their rooms.  I couldn't have imagined a better spot for my painting to hang or more wonderful people to work with.
